About the event

The theme of this walk is large urban trees and historic large green spaces. We'll begin in Forest Hill, which has many large specimen trees. We'll proceed to the 150-year-old campus of Laguna Honda, which has recently expanded its public open spaces and trails. Christopher did restoration and preservation work there for over a decade and knows its flora well.

Christopher is a Certified Arborist who has worked in gardens and trees in San Francisco and the Bay Area for over 25 years and has Tree Risk Assessment qualification. He owns and operates Christopher Campbell Tree Design.

Meet in front of the Forest Hill MUNI Station on Laguna Honda Boulevard.  We recommend you wear comfortable shoes and bring water (to stay hydrated) and sun protection.

Your $25 per ticket donation ($20 "early bird" until September 1) makes educational events like this one possible.
