San Francisco's native tree species haven't historically been planted as street trees, but nevertheless, many can be found throughout the public realm if you consult the . On this tour, we'll visit specimens and groves of native trees in and around the east end of Golden Park, so we can begin to understand how these locals do live here.San Francisco Street Tree Map

Friends of the Urban Forest invites you to join a rare weekday evening tree tour, on one of the longer days of the year, just a couple of weeks before the summer solstice (the sun will set at 8:29pm).
